Salsa Dance Class

This new salsa dance class is led by Gary Quick who has been dancing salsa for 7 years and has tutored several classes for the past 2. He runs regular dance classes in Tenby, the Mumbles (Swansea) and Port Talbot and previously in Cardigan.

Drumming for healing, ceremony and soul.

All welcome - no experience necessary. Please bring drum if you have one or rattle. Frame/hand-held drums, bodhrans preferred. No djembes please.
