Small World Theatre Facilitation helps other organisations, agencies, groups and communities by supporting everyone to do their best thinking. Small World Theatre facilitators encourage full participation, promote mutual understanding and cultivate shared responsibility. This enables group members to search for inclusive solutions and build sustainable agreements. We use tried and tested techniques and fun theatre methods to achieve this

Small World Theatre are skilled in using drama , Open Space technology techniques, PRA and LRA techniques to effect change whether it be in communities agencies companies or organisations.

Some of these skills can also be used in helping plan projects that effect communities, the public, partner or stakeholder organisations as well as Government and Council departments.

At our new building, Canolfan Byd Bychan / Small World Centre, we will be planning seminars, consultations conferences and other gatherings that will all benefit from these techniques

Recent activities have included the facilitation of an away day for Arts Council of Wales personnel from the Mid and West Wales office using drama techniques to explore the structure and look at positive aspects of the organisation. The venue was Creative Mwldan, Cardigan who contacted SWT to run the day (2006)

In October 2007 we were asked by the Cardiff based consultant Su Turney to assist in running the away day for the whole of the Arts Council of Wales at the Millennium Centre. Cardiff.

Small World Training also provides access to inventive and creative ways of engageing hard to reach groups and those who are not in employment or other forms of training. We use exciting methods to help you gain the skills and confidence to work in this challenging area. More news of our courses soon.
