Small World Centre has lots of creative and community classes happening every day of the week besides the programmed activities and workshops. Since the building was opened, regular groups have established themselves and use the space for their practise. Other Classes & EventsIYT Teacher Training; Foundation Year - The Practice of Yoga June 8 - 9 This is the first weekend of a teacher training course, led by Bridget Whitehead. You will learn about asana, anatomy and the experiential style of the Inner Yoga Trust’s teaching. This course costs £110 per person, please contact Rose Thorn to book your place on 01239 811 593, rosethorn.email@gmail.com Belly Dance Festival and Saturday Night Show August 10 - 11 A fun weekend of workshops and a Saturday Night Show at 7.30pm This show has an amazing line-up featuring two up and coming stars as well as teachers and class students from all over west Wales. Our first star is Lyza, Aberystwyth’s fabulous winner of the Rising Star 2012 award who was also 3rd in the Tribal Section of Miss Belly Dance UK.
