Small World Theatre were part of six European organisations, learning collaboration about creativity and diversity, SWT being the UK partner. The organisations worked together to develop an approach to creating a workshop in Diversity Training. The process was experienced based, process-oriented and context sensitive. The final results are published below.
The six diverse organisations included Polish Gestallt therapists, Sardinian art therapists, German Gender specialists, Icelandic cultural diversity trainers and Austrian intercultural integrationists!
The results of this interdisciplinary project are published in the pdf document which you can download here. 'Diversity training - Ooops .. my label has fallen off' is available for people working in the field of awareness-raising and diversity management. Please contact Bill Hamblett if you would like further information, or to feedback on how this training document has helped you bill@smallworld.org.uk We will be uploading a Welsh language version shortly.
