Theatre Shows

We make puppet theatre that merges live performance, film, and animation in creative collaboration.

The Lightning Path

When Ella’s family farm begins to flood, she starts asking questions. Her grandfather tells her that the eels no longer come up the river, and Ella wonders if melting ice caps and distant changing landscapes might be connected. On a magical journey to find answers, she meets people and creatures who teach her new ways of seeing, understanding, and caring.

“The Lightning Path echoes the company's strong ecological ethos with a journey across the continents from pole t desert. The action blends the range of possibilities of puppetry... it is witty, colourful and compact." Theatre in Wales.

Amser Stori

Welsh language digital theatre. Available to watch on AM - the digital home of Welsh culture.

Watch Amser Stori

During times of lockdown, we took to digital puppetry and storytelling to entertain our audiences. Y Llwybr Mellt, originally created as a live show with Welsh playwright Meredydd Barker, was beautifully adapted into a narrated series for the digital stage. Cawl Cerrig is a shadow puppet performance of the original Persian folk story. Criw’r Coed a Gwenyn Coll by Carys Glyn is the final adaptation when a crew of woodland save a bee.
