Chalk Outlines

Chalk Outlines

A warm, enthusiastic welcome to our favourites The Chalk Outlines and Bad Bananas as they generously take to the stage for the first fundraiser and launch of the Cardigan Giant Lantern Parade appeal 2025.

The Chalk Outlines are a lively 8-piece band playing a decidedly dark and twisted take on 2-tone. The band lace fat horn lines, samples and twin vocals over a pumping rhythm section to create their unique and upbeat sound. Expect tunes that draw from Balkan, Latin and Jungle influences as well as from traditional Ska and Reggae.

Bad Bananas are a 5 piece punkesque rock band with a punchy ska/funk influence. Last seen supporting Pronghorn in February, they return with yet more enigmatic and original material.

Two great local bands play to raise money for a great community event.

Buy £12 tickets in advance to avoid disappointment! Ages 16+
